“Its BBB profile shows A+, accredited since 2016, 0 reviews and 0 complaints, and its air conditioning contractor license appeared active in the state license search (expires April 2027), though a directory lists a different address than BBB and no price is published.”
“Only its BBB profile was found (A+, accredited, address in ZIP 79928, 2 complaints in 3 years with 1 in the last 12 months, 0 reviews), with no business website opened and no license check.”
“Its BBB profile is A+, not accredited, 0 reviews and 0 complaints, but the license number on its site differs from the one on BBB and a state name search found no record, so the license is unresolved.”
“A search result showed 3 of 5 from 18 reviews and no BBB or license check was run.”
“Its 4.9 stars and 8,500+ customers are unsourced claims on its own page and no BBB or license check was run.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
