“One of Boise's most-reviewed HVAC companies (1,200+ reviews), with customers praising all-hours emergency availability and well-stocked service trucks.”
“An estimated 3,600+ reviews make it one of the most-reviewed HVAC firms in Boise, a strong reputation signal in a crowded market.”
“Published the most detailed Boise-specific AC replacement cost guide found ($4,000-$12,000 by type), showing they price transparently.”
“A 2025 review credits them with repairing an old furnace twice before fairly pricing a 30-year system replacement, but their footprint centers on Caldwell.”
“461 reviews is solid, but did not outrank the picks on review depth.”
“4.6 stars from 342 reviews with strong ethics praise, but flagged pricey ('expensive' price level) compared with the picks.”

“The only opened provider page publishing install prices (its own tiers: $8,000-$10,000 good / $11,000-$16,000 better / $18,000-$24,000 best, the best tier usually including a furnace replacement), and its address-matched BBB profile shows accreditation since 1980, 70 years, 3 reviews and 2 complaints in 3 years (letter grade did not render this run).”
“Its address-matched BBB profile shows accreditation since 2009 with 156 reviews and 3 complaints in 3 years, and it offers financing (its claim; serving since 1999 is its own); no install prices are published and its licence was not checked.”
“Its address-matched BBB profile shows accreditation with 6 reviews and 3 complaints in 3 years (grade did not render this run), but its site publishes no pricing and reads as generic filler, and its licence was not checked.”
“Its BBB profile (Post Falls listing confirmed to cover the Meridian branch) shows no accreditation and 13 complaints in 3 years, with no published install pricing; its Licensed-and-Bonded claim is unverified.”
“Its BBB profile (Caldwell) shows no accreditation, 33 complaints in 3 years, and a December 19, 2025 Assurance of Voluntary Compliance with the Idaho Attorney General - a notable flag.”
“No matching BBB profile surfaced in the search run (not proof none exists), and its Boise page is generic with no pricing or licence details.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
