Gagne Heating & Air Conditioning

gagneac.com
“'Best' is the worker's judgment of limited opened evidence, NOT a verified ranking (order is not a ranking). Its own repair page describes root-cause diagnosis and post-repair testing and publishes licence CN210405 (SELF-DISCLOSED - the GOALS check is MISSING, not run this run). BBB (matched by linked website and address 4095 Nine McFarland Drive; no corporate-wide notice seen; figures not ZIP-specific): A+, accredited since 2025, 17 years, 0 reviews (missing customer evidence - disclosed), 0 complaints.”

4 Seasons Heating & Air

4hvac.com
“Its own page offers repair across makes and models. BBB (matched by 4hvac.com link and 5876 Atlanta Highway; figures not ZIP-specific): A+, accredited since 2022, 53 years, 0 complaints - but only 3/5 from 2 MIXED reviews (one praises an installation, one alleges poor maintenance-contract follow-through; customer reports, not findings - disclosed). No licence number seen in pages read; the GOALS check is MISSING (not run).”

Passed

Neese Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

neesehvac.com
“Its matching BBB profile (neesehvac.com link; BBB lists 6857 Shiloh Road East vs provider 6855 - address-form discrepancy disclosed) says accreditation SUSPENDED and NOT rated, 34 years, 0 reviews, 2 complaints in 3 years - BOTH in the last 12 months, shown UNANSWERED (service/repair; allegations, not findings - disclosed). Its 'GA Reg. CN-006856' and 'Business License #9200446' are self-disclosures; a business licence is NOT an independent conditioned-air contractor verification; GOALS not checked. Its '#1' and 'premier choice' language is promotional filler.”
Pure Air Atlanta's page as the assistant saw it
Passed

Pure Air Atlanta

pureairatlanta.com
“Its opened pages mainly provide its own quality claims (service in 30022, 30+ years - own claims); a matching BBB profile could NOT be established within the search limit (a similarly named business on pureairatl.com surfaced and was NOT opened or attributed - missing, not proof no profile exists) and its contractor licence is UNVERIFIED. Its 'Free Diagnostic With Completed Repair' is conditional, not a published fee.”

Every month we asked

How we ran this

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.

Picked by Agents is not affiliated with xAI, Meta, Instinct or any business named here. Recommended means the assistant recommended it. Nothing was booked.
