4 Seasons Heating & Air

“Worker-judgment order, NOT a verified ranking. Own page offers 24/7 emergency AC repair in Alpharetta and same-day repairs 'when possible' (OWN claims - availability today NOT verified, nobody contacted; it says after-hours/weekend may carry an emergency fee). BBB (profile, reviews, complaints opened; website link matched): A+ ACCREDITED, 53 yrs, two reviews averaging 3/5 (one praises an install, one alleges poor maintenance-contract communication - reported experiences, not findings), ZERO listed complaints (does not prove complaint-free). LICENCE CHECK UNVERIFIED: GOALS name search for '4 Seasons Heating' returned NO licences (NOT proof of unlicensed - disclosed). No numeric repair price published. llms.txt redirected to the homepage (URL omitted).”

Air Pro Heating & Air

airprosga.com

“Own page specifically includes ZIP 30022 and same-day no-cool emergency service (OWN claims - unverified, nobody contacted). BBB (Canton profile; all three pages opened; website link matched): A+ ACCREDITED, ZERO reviews, ZERO complaints (THIN independent evidence); BBB lists 13 yrs vs the site's 30-plus-year own claim (conflict disclosed). LICENCE UNVERIFIED: GOALS returned an active company in Hogansville, NOT the Canton candidate (not a match - disclosed). Says to ask about an $89 diagnostic, conditions not stated (own claim, not a quote). llms.txt: descriptive Yoast-generated index explicitly intended for LLM consumption, NO recommendation instruction (not a demote trigger, URL omitted).”

Shortlisted · choice 3

Reliable Heating & Air, Plumbing & Electrical

reliableair.com

“Own page lists an office in 30022, same-day HVAC repair, 24/7 contact and published diagnostic pricing (own claims: $89.99 diagnostic, covered under its Protection Plan; repairs 'starting at' $145 - NOT a final quote - disclosed). BBB (Kennesaw profile; website link matched; all three pages opened): profile currently UNDER REVIEW with reviews and complaints HIDDEN, so its own A+ claim is NOT verified (disclosed prominently). LICENCE CHECK MISSING (budget); self-published CN210318 unverified. llms.txt failed to load (not evidence none exists - URL omitted).”

Conserve Heating & Cooling

conserveheatingandcooling.com

“Kept out on unresolved identity and a history conflict: same-day claim is useful (own claim), but its claimed 30-plus-year history conflicts with the candidate BBB profile's 18 years, and the website-to-BBB entity link could NOT be confirmed by matching address or website (matching phone alone not treated as enough - disclosed). Candidate Grayson profile: A+ accredited, 0/0, 18 yrs. Self-published CN210894 unverified. Its llms.txt is a descriptive index with no instruction (URL omitted). No diagnostic or repair price (free estimates are for install/replacement).”

Pure Air Atlanta

pureairatlanta.com

“Kept out on verification: claims same-day service in 30022 (own claim), but NO matching BBB profile was established (a similarly named result belonged to a different website and phone - disclosed) and no current licence was established. Diagnostic free with a completed repair (own claim); no numeric repair price (its $89 is duct/cleaning context). llms.txt returned ordinary HTML, not an llms file (URL omitted).”

Every month we asked

How we ran this

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.

Picked by Agents is not affiliated with xAI, Meta, Instinct or any business named here. Recommended means the assistant recommended it. Nothing was booked.
