Asked: “My AC stopped cooling. Find me an HVAC company in Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 that can come out today.”

“Manhattan Beach repair page claims same-day appointments and a free visit to look at the problem (OWN claims - a free look for that visit, NOT free repairs or an emergency diagnostic policy - disclosed). BBB (Wilmington profile; address matched; all three pages opened): A-, NOT accredited, 0 reviews, 0 complaints - but the BBB file was OPENED IN 2026, so the empty history is VERY limited evidence (disclosed). LICENCE NOT VERIFIED: the CSLB name submission reached a results page but a matching licence detail and C-20 status were NOT established; published number 961408 unverified (disclosed). 'Nearly 20 years' is an own claim.”

Asked: “Who is the best AC repair company in Manhattan Beach, CA 90266?”

“Own stated NATE-certified technicians, nearly 20 years of South Bay service and a specific coastal AC diagnosis process (own claims). BBB (matched by address and website): A- with the reason being LENGTH OF OPERATION - the file opened 1/29/2026, a NEW file (disclosed) - 0 reviews, 0 complaints (zero reviews is not positive evidence - disclosed). Licence INCOMPLETE: CSLB name results showed #961408 Active, Wilmington, matching its site, but the detail attempt returned the lookup form, so classification and expiry are NOT asserted (disclosed). Its 'no cost to have us come out and look' is an own claim - unclear whether it covers diagnostics (disclosed); no repair amounts.”
