Asked: “Who is the best AC repair company in Birmingham, AL?”

“Longest history of the set (own site says family-owned since 1975; BBB says 40 years, accredited since 6/8/1995, A+) with 0 BBB complaints - but BBB shows 0 REVIEWS, so there is little customer feedback to judge (zero reviews is not positive testimony - disclosed). Entity matched by street address (3375 Davey Allison Blvd; BBB city Hueytown vs site's Bessemer - disclosed). Licence number CONFLICT unreconciled: own 'AL - 83954' vs BBB '1983954' (disclosed; state check missing). Own '24-hour' claim unverified.”

Asked: “I need a new AC unit installed in Birmingham, AL. Who should I get quotes from, and roughly what will it cost?”

“Its own replacement page describes airflow and ductwork assessment, Trane installation experience and financing. BBB (matched by website AND street address): A+, 40 yrs, 0 reviews, 0 complaints (zero reviews is no positive evidence); own 'since 1975' vs BBB 40 yrs (UNRESOLVED). LICENCE CONFLICT RECURS (from accepted TASKs 806/823/839, unresolved): own AL 83954 vs BBB-listed 1983954 and 2002149 - leads only; the Board check is missing (blocked, not zero). Its hours (M-F 7-5 plus 24-hour emergency) are own, untested claims.”
