Asked: “My AC stopped cooling. Find me an HVAC company in Birmingham, AL 35242 that can come out today.”

“Its own page states 24-hour emergency AC repair covering Birmingham rather than an explicit same-day promise (its claim, availability today not verified), and BBB shows A+ accreditation since April 2025 with 25 years in business, though it is headquartered in Sylacauga, has no BBB reviews and has 2 complaints in the last 12 months.”

Asked: “I need a new AC unit installed in Birmingham, AL 35242. Who should I get quotes from, and roughly what will it cost?”

“Its own Birmingham installation page describes home-specific sizing, permits, old-unit removal and financing, and its matched BBB profile (Birmingham branch 5511 US-280; review/complaint pages are headquarters level in Sylacauga) is accredited A+ with 25 years in business, 0 reviews and 2 complaints in 3 years (both plumbing-side, company-wide: one resolved, one answered with a refund claimed). Its own-claim licence numbers (AL 51166, 00145, 4545, 06050) are unverified - the board lookup showed a CAPTCHA.”
