Fenwick Waychoff's

fenwickwaychoffs.com

“Its site promises written upfront pricing, old-unit removal, testing and up to 10-year parts-and-labor warranties, and BBB lists it accredited with an A+ rating and HVAC licenses CAC1813879 and CAC1820487 (no expiry shown), but it posts no installation price and no current state license check was made.”

Passedwas picked last round

Creeks Air Conditioning & Heating

creeksair.com

“It has an office in 32081 and Birdeye shows 4.8 from 149 reviews, but both its install and Ponte Vedra pages displayed 'Your request has been received. We will get back to your shortly.' with nothing submitted, and I found no BBB profile confirming its A+ claim, so I left it out.”

PassedNew this round

A1A Heat & Air

a1aheatandair.com

“Its page serves Nocatee and Ponte Vedra and describes the replacement steps, but it posts no price and BBB lists its license CAC1819975 expiring Aug 31, 2026, now past.”

Passed

J. Donovan AC

jdonovanac.com

“Its site offers local installs, but its review and experience counters render incompletely and its five-star claims conflict (over 150 vs over 200), and I found less scope detail than for the pick.”

PassedNew this round

Complete Air Solutions

complete-air.com

“Its site lists Apopka and other central-Florida areas, not Ponte Vedra.”

Passed

Hammond Heating & Air Conditioning

hammondair.com

“Its page describes sizing and ductwork usefully, but BBB shows recent negative review excerpts and license CAC1816450 expiring Aug 31, 2026, now past.”

PassedNew this round

Florida Air Flow Heating & Air

floridaairflow.com

“Its Ponte Vedra page publishes $3,500-$12,000 for new HVAC installation depending on size, efficiency and ductwork with no tonnage or SEER stated, but BBB lists it as not rated and the page does not clearly establish 32081 coverage.”

PassedNew this round

Von's Heating and Air

vonsheatingandair.com

“Its September 7, 2026 Jacksonville guide gives rough installed central-AC budgets of $5,500-$8,500 (2-3 tons), $8,000-$12,000 (4-5 tons), $7,000-$14,000 with a new air handler and $10,000-$16,000 with new ductwork, but it covers Orange Park, Jacksonville and Clay County and does not confirm Ponte Vedra service.”
