“It is a Ponte Vedra-based installer whose page covers AC and ductwork installation; Thumbtack shows 5.0 from 101 reviews with a 'license verified' badge and HomeAdvisor shows 5.0 from 2 ratings (both site-reported); its page has no price, so a quote is needed.”
“It serves Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville and its undated page states installed costs of about $5,500-$12,000 for a typical Northeast Florida home depending on SEER2, brand and ductwork; independent guides give $5,500-$8,500 for 2-3 ton (Von's Heating and Air, Sept 2026) and $4,500-$9,500, average about $6,800 (floridahomecosts.com, 2026), plus a $150-$300 permit per that guide, all Jacksonville-area and not 32081-specific.”
“It lists new AC installation at a 32081 address and claims 30 years and 200+ five-star reviews (its own claim) with no price, but its site's llms.txt has an 'AI Agent Access' section for AI tools, which I did not follow, so I did not pick it.”
“Its page mentions only repair and maintenance, though BBB lists it accredited, A+, license CAC1822048 with a listed expiry of 8/31/2026.”
“It offers free quotes for Ponte Vedra Beach but its offices are in Jacksonville, Middleburg and Macclenny and I found no independent review page.”
“It has a Ponte Vedra installation page with load-calculation steps but no pricing, license or independent reviews.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
