“4.9 stars across 345 reviews in Hialeah, with reviewers describing smooth full-unit replacements and fair pricing — a strong first call; expect roughly $5,000-$7,500 for a new central AC in Hialeah (FL average $5,060, range $3,220-$11,040).”
“5.0 stars from 48 reviews, Florida certified mechanical contractor, with reviews praising complete A/C replacements at 'best prices in town' and fast permit handling.”
“5.0 rating on HomeGuide with 40+ years in business serving Hialeah — a veteran third quote.”
“Licensed since 2009, 4.5 stars from 118 reviews with free estimates, but fewer install-specific reviews than the picks.”
“Reviewer praised their 'best price' install, but total review volume is modest (41 on Porch).”
“Good Yelp reviews for service, but install experience was less prominent.”

“Its Hialeah page offers residential A/C replacement, BBB shows A+ and accreditation, and FloridaLicensedPros shows license CAC1819625 active as of Aug 11, 2026; for planning, Costadia's June 2026 Hialeah guide estimates $5,950-$12,650 installed for central AC including equipment, labor and a $250 permit, without a stated system size.”
“Its site describes licensed and insured residential HVAC service in South Florida, and South Florida Contractors lists license CMC1251235 as active, with third-party ratings of 4.9 from 35 reviews; the same Costadia range of $5,950-$12,650 applies as a planning figure, not a quote.”
“Its Hialeah page lists central-AC ranges of $3,500-$7,500 and size-based 2026 prices, but its ratings, license and warranty are its own claims and not verified.”
“Its site says it installs air conditioners in Miami-Dade, but a third-party record shows license CMC1250170 active as of Aug 11, 2026 with an Aug 31 expiry, so current status is not established.”
“Its July 2025 guide quotes $4,800-$9,500 including equipment, labor and basic permits, but the promotional page gave little independent evidence.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
