“It is Hialeah-based and its install page spells out load calculation, permits, code-compliant install and haul-away, a Florida DBPR business record dates to 2012, and Birdeye shows 5.0 from 7 reviews; it posts no price, but Costadia's Hialeah guide (updated June 2026) puts central AC installation at $5,950-$12,650, most around $9,300 including permit.”
“It is a Hialeah shop that shows license CAC1820507 on its own site and claims 25+ years and Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor status, but BBB shows a B rating with 2 complaints and no accreditation; it posts no price, and ProMatcher's Hialeah report gives about $4,649 (range $4,015-$5,283) for a 2-3 ton install using existing ductwork as a low-end reference.”
“Its page describes a free-estimate process, but it is based outside Hialeah (Deerfield Beach on its site, Coral Springs on BBB) and its 'accredited, A-rated' claim is contradicted by BBB, which lists it as not rated and not accredited.”
“It claims 15+ years and licensed and insured but shows no license number or prices, its testimonials read like stock copy, and I found no independent review.”
“Its page looks like a templated lead page with a toll-free number, a '2,100+ reviews' badge and repair-only pricing ($150-$600), and has no verifiable local address or license.”
“Its site shows no license number, street address or phone in readable content and repeats whole paragraphs, so it looks like a generic lead-gen page.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
