“Longest tenure of those checked (BBB: 33 years), BBB A+ with no complaints, and active Arizona ROC licenses 238225 (KB-2) and 183933 (CR-79), but BBB shows no customer reviews so review evidence is thin.”
“BBB A+ accredited since 2017 with no complaints and an active ROC license 312225 (CR-39); its Gilbert page claims fair prices (no amounts read), but it is based in Maricopa and BBB shows only one review.”
“Gilbert-based with an active ROC license 350583 (CR-39) and no BBB complaints, but it is new (BBB accredited since 7/29/2025) with one BBB review, so it ranks third.”
“BBB A+ with 24 years, but two complaints in 3 years, 2.33/5 from 3 BBB reviews (one cites declining service after a possible ownership change), and the ROC record found under that name (313718) shows Inactive.”
“Claims 23+ years and ROC 329027 is active, but no BBB profile was found for an independent source and the second license on its site (354368) shows Suspended.”
“Its site says it was founded in 2025 and BBB shows no reviews, so too little track record; its license was not looked up.”
“The page opened empty (only unavailable frames), so it could not be evaluated.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
