“In business since 1979 per BBB, BBB accredited A+, active ROC C-39 license and same-day repairs, but it is a Tempe shop about 11 miles from Gilbert and has one recent unresolved-when-published BBB complaint.”
“Gilbert-based, lists 85298 as a served ZIP, active ROC license, BBB rating A with no complaints and an $89.95 business-hours diagnostic fee waived with same-day repair, but it started in 2024 and has only one BBB review.”
“BBB A+ with no complaints but 3.29/5 from 7 reviews including a recent 1-star, a 2020-dated site, and no match found in the ROC lookup.”
“Founded 2025 per its page, with an active ROC license but unsourced 5.0 rating and 90% statistics.”
“The page reads as a franchise template while claiming to be owner-operated, and no BBB profile or license was verified.”
“No BBB profile found as an independent source, and a related water-conditioning license showed as suspended.”
“Based in Maricopa and the page is generic with unverified five-star claims.”
“BBB A+ but 2.33/5 from 3 reviews, two 1-star reviews describing a possible ownership change and unreachable service.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
