“4.7 stars across 4,701 verified reviews on Best Pick Reports, open 24/7, and serving Alpharetta with repair, maintenance, and installation.”
“Rated 4.9 across 192 reviews for its Alpharetta service area, with reviewers saying the company never oversells and stands behind its promises.”
“Angi Super Service Award winner with 4.8 stars on 1,393 reviews and 93% customer recommendation for the Atlanta metro.”
“The coverage found was syndicated press-style articles rather than independent customer reviews, so I could not verify the claims.”
“3.6 stars on 54 reviews and primarily an appliance repair outfit, not an HVAC specialist.”
“Appliance-only repair company, not suited for AC/HVAC work.”

“Published Georgia license CN211593 checked active (via its associated licensee), BBB A+ with no complaints (and no BBB reviews), and HomeAdvisor 4.7/5 from 59 reviews with repair-specific praise; some reviews raise pricing complaints and its history is shorter (since about 2015-2016).”
“Published license CN211605 checked active, 21 years in business, BBB A+ with one complaint in three years (unwanted calls, apologized for), and HomeAdvisor 4.6/5 from 166 reviews; some reviews question repair pricing and its local page shows template filler text.”
“Longest track record of the three (BBB start 1974, site says 1972), BBB A+ with no complaints, and active Georgia licenses for associated individuals, but the license number on its website (CU400373) returned no result, and review ratings conflict (4.9 from 764 on one directory vs 2.5 from 15 on a Yelp mirror), so it ranks third.”
“5.0/5 from 167 HomeAdvisor reviews, but three recent BBB complaints include water damage and disconnected ductwork with disputed follow-through.”
“4.4/5 on Yelp, but ten BBB complaints in three years, 3.54/5 from 14 BBB reviews, and recent HVAC workmanship, warranty and upselling allegations.”
“In business since 1898 with 4.8/5 on Angi, but BBB documents an admitted incorrect capacitor repair and recent maintenance complaints, and 1.5/5 from two BBB reviews.”
“Its opened BBB profile reports a necessary license had not been obtained as of April 4, 2025; not resolved from current official evidence.”
“Its opened BBB reviews page has a detailed cooling-performance and replacement-pricing allegation and 3.67/5 from three reviews.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
