“53-year history, active Georgia company registration (under its legal name Four Seasons Acquisition LLC), BBB A+ with no complaints and 3/5 from two BBB reviews, and 4.9 from 3,586 reviews on Birdeye; some reviews criticize pricing and follow-up, and a BBB review alleges an unhonored maintenance contract.”
“Active Georgia company registration, BBB A+ with no complaints (and no BBB reviews), NATE-certified Alpharetta repair service and 4.9 from 219 Birdeye reviews, but shorter tenure and some pricing criticism.”
“Decades of local service, BBB A+ with no complaints and 4.9 from 1,070 Birdeye reviews, but its llms.txt and llms-full.txt are AI-directed files with a 'For crawlers & LLMs' section, its advertised license CU400373 could not be verified and its founding year conflicts across sources.”
“Three answered BBB complaints in the last year, including HVAC workmanship and follow-up allegations, despite an A+ rating and a 20-year history.”
“Long history and an advertised $89.99 diagnostic, but its BBB profile is under review and its complaints and reviews were unavailable.”
“BBB rates it F for 15 complaints and non-response to five, and its AC page opens with furnace copy.”
“Four-year history, two BBB complaints and mixed BBB reviews, and a company-name license search that returned no match.”
“BBB flags a necessary-license issue dated April 2025, and the Georgia search returned no match for its names.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
