“Family company in business since 1963 with an active C-20 license, BBB accreditation with no complaints and a written three-option estimate process, though it publishes no install prices and BBB shows no reviews.”
“Family-owned Temecula-area installer with an active C-20 license issued in 2014, but it posts no prices and BBB shows no reviews or rating, so the evidence is thin.”
“Active C-20 license, but its BBB pages returned not found and its 362 reviews are claimed only on its own site, so it could not be verified independently.”
“Only site with a posted price table, but no BBB listing and no matching license board entry were found.”
“Shows a license number and 105 reviews, but no BBB profile was found and its license was not verified.”
“Claims 2,400+ reviews, but its tenure wording is inconsistent, no license number is visible, and BBB and license were not verified.”
“Based in Palm Desert, and its Temecula page reads as generic template text.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
