“BBB A+ accredited with no complaints and a 2001 founding date, an active CSLB C-20 license #1146297 (issued only 11/14/2025 to a corporate entity, so the 2001 tenure is not shown by the license) and a repair page offering a free diagnostic visit with repair; its one BBB review is 1 star (2024, a warranty dispatch and compressor quote dispute).”
“Active CSLB C-20 license #916901 first issued 2008, matching its 'since 2008' claim, and 4.9 from 205 Google-sourced reviews on Birdeye, but no Temecula BBB profile was found, so its independent check is Birdeye, not BBB.”
“Active CSLB C-20 license #969231 (2012), BBB shows no complaints and the site offers same-day and 24/7 repair with no overtime charges, but BBB has no reviews and it is not accredited, so evidence is thinner.”
“Site claims 'since 2005' but its CSLB license was issued in 2022, its phone has an out-of-area code, BBB shows not accredited with no reviews, and its blog copy looks templated.”
“Only BBB pages were opened (not accredited, no complaints, no reviews); no own site or license was checked.”
“BBB start 2023, one resolved install complaint, no reviews, and an unfilled template placeholder in its BBB description; site and license were not checked.”
“Its old site now redirects to a merger announcement page, and BBB shows not accredited with no complaints or reviews.”
“BBB page only: not accredited, no complaints, no reviews.”
“BBB page only: not accredited, no complaints, one 5-star review; too little evidence.”
“BBB page only: not accredited, no complaints, no reviews.”
“BBB page shows a licensing alert (detail not opened), not accredited and no reviews.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
