“Its stated installation process includes cooling-load calculations, a written equipment-and-permit proposal and commissioning, and BBB lists it as accredited; no installed cost range was published on the pages read.”
“It serves Scottsdale and describes home-specific sizing, BBB lists it as accredited A+, and its undated homepage gives a rough $5,000-$12,000 for complete Phoenix AC replacement depending on home size and efficiency, without tonnage, SEER or inclusions.”
“It offers old-unit removal and new-system installation in Scottsdale, its homepage states a 10-year parts-and-labor installation warranty and BBB lists it as accredited A+; no installed cost range was found.”
“It serves 85254 and publishes a rough $6,000-$14,000 installed replacement range with removal and permits, but its page shows a BBB Accredited badge while the same-name BBB profile says not accredited and shows negative repair-review excerpts, so identity and credentials need checking.”
“Its standard 3-ton split-heat-pump packages ($6,995 and $9,995) are useful benchmarks, but installation goes to an independent contractor and BuildZoom shows no reviews and an unable-to-verify license entry.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
