United States · Meta Muse via a research connector · asked 2026-10-02 16:40 UTC
“4.6 stars across 588 reviews, NATE-certified and factory-trained techs serving the Inland Empire; expect roughly $4,800–$12,400 installed for a full central AC replacement in the area (5estimates San Bernardino guide; national 2026 installs run $3,500–$7,500).”
“Family-owned since 1983 and based in San Bernardino, offering AC installation with same-day appointments.”
“Licensed, bonded and insured, serves San Bernardino neighborhoods with upfront estimates and financing on larger projects like AC replacements.”
“Positive reviews on Porch but only 4 reviews, a thin record for a quote list.”
Europe · Instinct over iMessage · asked 2026-10-13 09:53 UTC
“San Bernardino location, a proper-sizing installation process, an active C-20 license and BBB A+ with no complaints, plus a 4.9 Birdeye aggregate from 96 reviews, though it is not BBB accredited and has no BBB reviews.”
“Detailed installation inclusions, Carrier dealer status, a stated two-year labor warranty, an active C-20/C-36 license and BBB accredited A+ with one answered drain-cleaning complaint, but its llms.txt contains notes written for AI readers.”
“Active C-20 license and no BBB complaints, but CSLB showed a workers' compensation expiry of October 1, 2026, leaving an insurance-verification gap.”
“BBB shows 19 complaints in 3 years and a 1.5/5 average from 8 reviews, including HVAC installation allegations.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
