“4.8 stars from about 1,400 reviews, family-owned, licensed, serving Riverview with free estimates and free diagnosis, a strong first quote for a Tampa-area install running $4,000-$12,000.”
“Riverview's local HVAC company with 4.8 stars from 454 Google reviews and no-commission techs, a strong second quote to compare system options and pricing.”
“4.9 from 42 reviews, based in Riverview since 2012, a solid third quote for an honest install assessment.”
“Advertises Tampa Bay installs from $5,600 with a 10-year manufacturer warranty, but the claim comes from a marketing video rather than corroborated reviews.”
“5.0 from 14 Angi reviews with 27 years of experience, but thinner review volume than the picks.”

“Long history and an active license, but 11 BBB complaints include replacement cooling and cancellation-fee disputes.”
“Its site prints a license number that differs from the state record, and BBB shows an installation dispute, though resolved.”
“Its claimed license could not be matched by name search and its only BBB review alleges a bad refund check.”
“Offers Riverview replacements but BBB shows 1.79 of 5 from 178 reviews and 163 complaints across a wider business.”
“Active license and long history, but BBB reviews and complaints raise diagnosis, sales-pressure and deposit concerns.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
