“Its own site covers 33578 and claims same-day emergency AC repairs and 24/7 dispatch, its BBB reviews show 4.58/5 from 19 reviews including a same-day-service report, its complaints page shows one answered repair-and-pricing dispute in three years and none in the last year, and DBPR shows CAC1819196 Current, Active through 8/31/2028; an opening today is unconfirmed.”
“Its own site lists 33578 and local Riverview dispatch with same-day service for most calls, and DBPR shows CAC1816786 Current, Active through 8/31/2028, but BBB reviews are mixed at 3/5 from two reviews with one answered workmanship complaint in three years, and its AC page claims '24/7 emergency availability' while its emergency page says it doesn't advertise a 24/7 guarantee it can't always keep, so overnight service and an opening today are unconfirmed.”
“BBB shows 11 complaints in three years (one in the last year), including disputed cancellation charges and an unresolved-cooling allegation, with 4.11/5 from 18 reviews; DBPR CAC1822636 is Current, Active, and its site lists 33578, but its page has repetitive filler.”
“Covers 33578 and says it can often attend the same day but answers phones only 6am to 7pm; no matching Florida BBB profile was established and its claimed license CAC1820870 was not checked.”
“Claims same-day and 24/7 for 33578, but the page shows the license placeholder 'CAC########' and filler navigation text, so its claims were not relied on; BBB and DBPR not checked.”
“Claims same-day and 24/7 service but shows no identifiable CAC license number or clear legal contractor identity; BBB and license not checked.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
