“It has an Ooltewah office and offers new installations and replacements, and BBB lists accreditation since 2008 and a Master Mechanical Contractor certificate expiring January 2028; for budgeting only, HomeGuide's guide (July 25, 2025 byline) gives $5,000-$8,300 installed for standard-efficiency AC replacement in a 2,000 sq ft home excluding ductwork changes, or $9,000-$16,000 for central AC with ductwork, which is not an American Air quote.”
“Its Ooltewah replacement process includes load calculations, duct inspection and itemized equipment and accessory pricing, and Birdeye displays Google installation reviews (4.9 from 2,393, not verified), though its BBB profile is under review and no installed price was found.”
“Its Ooltewah page specifies Manual J sizing, duct evaluation, permits and full testing and BBB lists accreditation and an A+ rating (BBB's assessment), but no installed price or current license confirmation was found.”
“It offers Ooltewah installations and written estimates, but its page gives less detail on sizing and commissioning and its five-star claims were not checked.”
“Its airflow and humidity assessment is relevant, but BBB shows a Tennessee license expiration of March 31, 2026 that needs current verification.”
“It describes installation and a two-year satisfaction guarantee, but its Chattanooga page establishes Ooltewah coverage less clearly and gives no installed price.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
