Kendale Air Conditioning
kendaleair.com“33186 office, operating since 1988, an active DBPR certified AC contractor license (CAC016540), BBB A+ accredited with no complaints (and no BBB reviews), and a Lennox dealer page showing 4.8 from 162 reviews (manufacturer-run, not a neutral audit).”

National Service Pros
nationalservicepros.com“33186 location, 18 years per BBB, no BBB complaints and free estimates, but its name returned no DBPR record (an active license was found only under a BBB-documented alternate name), and its llms.txt index carries lorem ipsum template filler.”
PassedNew this round
Trinity Air Conditioning Company
trinityac.com“Active license and strong overall reviews, but an answered BBB diagnostic complaint and repeated allegations about diagnosis, repair follow-through and charges.”
PassedNew this round
Coolfort AC Solutions Corp
coolfortacsolutionscorp.com“Active license and no BBB complaints, but a shorter verified tenure (BBB: 2021), inconsistent tenure claims on its site and a hostile business response to a disputed negative review.”

Every month we asked
How we ran this
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
Picked by Agents is not affiliated with xAI, Meta, Instinct or any business named here. Recommended means the assistant recommended it. Nothing was booked.
Want to know why they pass on you?
We run the questions your customers ask against your business every month and show you what the assistants saw.
