“It describes load-calculated sizing and side-by-side equipment options, the state portal shows its displayed license CAC1818913 as current and active through August 31, 2028, and its undated installation page gives rough installed prices of $6,000-$9,000 for a standard central system or $7,500-$12,000 for a high-efficiency heat pump, without tonnage, SEER2 or itemized inclusions.”
“Its Kissimmee page offers free replacement estimates and central or ductless installation as a larger-company comparison quote, and BBB lists it as accredited without confirming license status; no numeric installation price was found on its page.”
“Its page contains the canned text 'Thank you! Your submission has been received!', so I did not pick it; its undated page estimates $5,500-$12,000 for 2-5 ton replacement, BBB lists it as not accredited and not rated, and no license number was shown.”
“It offers free estimates and BBB gives it an A+ without accreditation, but its site has less installation detail and no replacement price range.”
“Its installation page has no numeric price and shares AC&R Pro's phone number, with Birdeye reviews referring to both names, so it may not be a separate company.”
“Its Orlando-based site claims statewide service but gives no prices, license number or Kissimmee-specific detail.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
