“5.0 stars from 332 reviews in Jacksonville with detailed praise for honest diagnosis, fair pricing, and technicians who explain everything.”
“4.9 stars from 1,262 Google reviews with glowing reports of professional, thorough installs and a culture of excellence.”
“61 years of experience with 4.6 stars from 158 reviews and emergency services offered, the longest-established firm in the results.”
“National brand, but only 15 Yelp reviews for the Jacksonville location, far thinner than the picks.”
“An SEO guide with generic company names like Cooling Solutions that cannot be verified as real local businesses.”

“BBB A+ accredited with no complaints, 24 years per BBB, 5/5 from three BBB reviews, active Florida certified AC contractor licenses (to 08/31/2028) and a site offering same-day service.”
“BBB A- with no complaints and an active certified AC license (CAC1823131, matching its site), plus a site claim of 350+ five-star Google reviews that I did not verify; its BBB file is young (Nov 2025) with no BBB reviews.”
“Longest tenure and 4.05/5 across 38 BBB reviews, but 18 BBB complaints in 3 years, no matching DBPR license record found, and its llms.txt is an agent-directed index under another brand name.”
“BBB rating C- with two complaints in 3 years (one unanswered) and no BBB reviews.”
“BBB shows 60 complaints in 3 years (21 in the last 12 months) and 1/5 from 13 reviews despite an A+ rating.”
“Its site showed only a service menu and contact details, so no reviews, tenure or license could be weighed.”
“Its site lists a license number and 15+ years, but its BBB profile and license were not verified.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
