“4.7 stars from 936 reviews with 26 years of experience in Houston, Angi-approved, the largest corroborated record in the search results.”
“Houston-based at 1009 Aurora St with long-running five-star customer testimonials praising fast, honest, fairly priced AC service.”
“4.9 stars from 58 reviews with open hours 6:30am-10:30pm daily, though one detailed review reports a botched job and non-itemized billing.”
“5.0 from 17 reviews, but focused on duct cleaning rather than full AC repair service.”
“Only 3.7 stars from 12 reviews with complaints about sales-pitch-style visits.”
“An appliance repair and sales business, not an HVAC company.”

“Family-run since 1988 per its site, BBB A+ and accredited since 2005 with no complaints, and an active TDLR license (TACLB00008060E, Harris County) matching the number on its site; BBB shows only one review (1 star, 2024) and its office is in 77077, not 77024.”
“BBB lists a 77024 address, business since 1994, A+ accredited, 4.56/5 across 9 BBB reviews and an active TDLR license (TACLB00080787E, matched by name and county only), offset by 8 BBB complaints in 3 years (2 in the last 12 months) and a July 2026 one-star warranty-repair review.”
“BBB lists a 77024 base, A+ accredited with no complaints and an active TDLR license (TACLB00023824E, matched by name and county only), but evidence is thin: no BBB reviews and template-style site copy, so it ranks third.”
“BBB rating C, not accredited, 52 complaints in 3 years and a pattern-of-complaints alert, though BBB reviews average 4.51/5 across 333.”
“Its site shows a license number and 16+ years, but no BBB profile turned up so complaints and reviews could not be read, and it is based in Katy.”
“Its site claims service since 1970, but the only BBB match found (a Pearland entity, 6 complaints, 1.2/5 from 5 reviews, accreditation-revocation alert) could not be confirmed as the same company.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in October 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
