“About six decades of service, an active Georgia registration and the largest BBB review sample checked (4.69 of 5 from 404 reviews, A+ accredited), though BBB also shows 51 complaints in three years on installation and billing.”
“Publishes replacement pricing, explains equipment sizing and offers a lifetime installation-workmanship warranty with an active registration, but BBB feedback is mixed at 3.64 of 5 from 14 reviews and ten complaints in three years.”
“Active registration and no BBB complaints, but its llms.txt carries directive text aimed at AI assistants and its BBB sample is a single review.”
“BBB currently hides existing reviews and complaints while its profile is under review, and the correct state registration was not established.”
“BBB sample is 1 of 5 from 13 reviews with 23 complaints in three years, including HVAC service and warranty disputes.”
“BBB shows 1.5 of 5 from two reviews and a recent complaint about a wrong part that was refunded.”
“Its price guide is useful, but independent reviews and its state registration were not established.”
We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
