Asked: “My AC stopped cooling. Find me an HVAC company in McKinney, TX that can come out today.”

“Its McKinney page addresses AC that stops cooling or blows warm air and says 'We guarantee same-day arrival or your service fee is free' with 24/7 emergency availability (business claims; today's availability not verified). BBB profile (opened) shows accredited, A+, with On Time Experts as an alternate name; the complaints page lists 17 complaints in 3 years and 10 closed in the last 12 months, and one displayed review alleges missed appointment times (allegations, so ask for a firm arrival window). TDLR record read: Active TACLB00026616E, Morris R Kelley Jr / On-Time Group LLC DBA On Time Experts, expires August 10, 2027, matching the number on the page. No AC diagnostic or repair price verified (its '$59 Whole System Clean' is a cleaning promotion). Phones differ: page 281-694-7946 vs BBB 214-267-2007 and others.”
