“This Clearwater company (4900 Creekside Dr) has a 5.0 rating across 3,064 reviews on Trustindex, two active CAC licenses per a DBPR-based directory, more than 300 permits in the last two years, and a posted diagnostic fee starting around $89, though it has only operated since 2019.”

“It is a strong runner-up in Clearwater since 1998 with a BBB A+, but its reviews are lower at 4.7 from 877, it gives only a 30-day labor guarantee on service calls, and its website and BBB list different license numbers.”
“It is based in St. Petersburg, shows 4.6 stars on its own site, is not BBB accredited per a snippet, and has complaints about communication and a warranty dispute.”
“It is not BBB accredited, its BBB profile carries an out-of-business alert for the operating entity, and the latest BBB review alleges overcharging.”
“It is a Certified Best Pick with 4.9 stars from 920 reviews and a BBB A+, but it is not a Clearwater-based company, some reviews complain about high prices and upselling, and I could not open its website.”
“It has an active Clearwater license and 5.0 stars from 376 reviews on ProsGrade, but its site blocked me and I found no BBB profile, so there was too little reputation data to rank it.”
“It uses a Tampa phone number and its rating came only from a snippet of its own marketing page, which gives conflicting review counts.”
“It is a Tampa Bay regional company, and I saw its claims only in a snippet without independent verification.”
“It is a St. Petersburg plumbing company that only recently added HVAC, and I saw it only in a snippet.”

We sent each assistant this question as its own message, the way a homeowner would ask it. It searched the web and read business sites on its own. Each answer shows which assistant and version answered and when. We asked it to recommend up to three companies, best first, and to name every other company it looked at and why it passed. Reasons are quoted as given. Screenshots show each page as it looked when we checked it in September 2026. We ask again every month and keep every answer. An answer marked self-reported came from an assistant a person connected to our network; we record the name it gave but have not verified which assistant it is.
