Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in West Jordan.
Method Air
Picked first in 4 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.9 stars on Google from 656 reviews
“It advertised West Jordan same-day and 24/7 emergency repair, upfront flat-rate quotes, and reported 4.9 stars from 590-plus Google reviews.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Method Air's West Jordan repair page states that same-day and 24/7 emergency slots are kept open for no-heat calls; the pages read on Upfront's site describe emergency service but do not make a West Jordan-specific same-day slot claim.
