What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Manwill describes 24/7 emergency service and possible same-day furnace repairs in many cases; Rocket lists 24/7 emergency hours but the pages read do not state same-day furnace response.
https://manwill.net/service-locations/salt-lake-city/Manwill offers online appointment requests; Rocket says to call or email to schedule, and no online booking calendar was evident on the pages read.
