What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Met Gas states same-day appointments are available on its repair and service pages; DTS says it aims to react quickly but does not specify same-day appointment availability on the pages read.
https://metgas.co.uk/boiler-repair/Met Gas gives a list of representative repair costs; DTS gives a £228 repair visit price plus parts but not a menu of common repair totals.
