What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
A plain fetch of boilertown.com returns only a title and an empty <div id="root"> (a JavaScript app), so no page text is available without running scripts. The same offer appears as readable text on boilertownlondon.co.uk.
https://wpjheating.co.uk/WPJ covers boiler repair and boiler service with an online appointment form and a fixed £120+VAT service price. Boiler Town's site has no repair or servicing page, only new installs.
