What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Koala says most Round Rock AC calls are completed in 1 to 3 hours and offers online scheduling; PT Maintenance says same-day service depends on availability and its contact page offers a request form, without an online booking calendar.
https://koalacooling.com/round-rock/Koala describes its written 100% satisfaction guarantee; the PT Maintenance pages reviewed do not state a comparable guarantee.
https://koalacooling.com/round-rock/Koala links to online replacement pricing; PT Maintenance describes explaining repair costs before work but does not publish repair prices on its heating page.
