What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
There is one AC and Heating page and no furnace or heat pump repair page; it never says same-day service. Samm's has a dedicated heating page titled 'Furnace Repair, Service, and Installation in Plano, TX' and states same-day scheduling on its homepage.
https://www.sammsheatingandair.com/heating/The 24-hour emergency service and 'No Overtime Charges' appear only in the list of maintenance agreement benefits ($195 for the first system), not as a service anyone can call. Total Air states '24/7 Emergency Service Available' on its furnace repair page.
https://www.totalair.com/heating/furnace-repair/The financing page says only 'Give us a call today to discuss your options', with no partner or terms, and the footer reads Copyright 2024.
