What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Jon Wayne explicitly lists New Braunfels as a service area; Above All Air's pages name the greater San Antonio, Austin, and Corpus Christi regions and ask customers to call about service in their city.
https://www.jonwayne.com/locations/new-braunfels-tx/Jon Wayne claims same-day service and flat-rate pricing; Above All Air describes upfront estimates but does not make those specific response-time and pricing claims on the reviewed pages.
