Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Carrollton.
Brothers Air Conditioning & Heating
Picked first in 6 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 5 stars on Google from 698 reviews
“The market answers favored Brothers for Carrollton service, same-day availability, online booking, upfront pricing, and no dispatch fees.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Brothers clearly states upfront pricing and no dispatch fees on its homepage; the Gurus pages reviewed describe transparent pricing but do not show the fee amount for an ordinary diagnostic or repair.
https://brothersair.com/The Gurus' online maintenance booking page shows a $79 tune-up, but its booking menu does not clearly identify a furnace-specific tune-up option; Brothers lists furnace maintenance.
