Busy Bee Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning Inc.
Picked first in 3 of 6, picked in 5 of 6 · 4.8 stars on Google from 1145 reviews
“Busy Bee's Lebanon page lists local heating and AC service, emergency availability, and around-the-clock service.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Busy Bee names its Lebanon corporate office and states it is open 24/7, 365 days a year; Premo lists a Lebanon address and weekend emergency service, but does not specify round-the-clock availability.
https://www.busybeehvac.com/lebanon-tn/Premo's site offers a request form and appointment link, but does not make clear whether a customer can select and confirm an appointment online; the market answers cited Bentley’s online scheduling.
