What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Prince specifically states same-day furnace service is available in Cleveland; Chill AF states 24/7 emergency service but does not make a same-day response claim on its service pages.
https://www.princeheatingandair.com/services/furnace-repairPrince says it explains repair options and costs before work begins; Chill AF's reviewed pages offer free quotes and financing but do not say when repair pricing is presented.
