Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Brentwood.
Climate Pro
Picked first in 5 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.8 stars on Google from 113 reviews
“Climate Pro's Brentwood furnace page specifies same-day appointments for many county calls, safety checks, and written flat-rate quotes before work begins.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Climate Pro has Brentwood-specific service pages; J & J's site refers broadly to Nashville and surrounding areas without naming Brentwood in the pages I read.
https://climateprotn.com/furnace-repair/Climate Pro explains the furnace safety check and written quote before work; J & J's service page does not give the same diagnostic or pricing detail.
