What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Stoudenmire explicitly advertises 24/7/365 emergency service; the Close Call pages read do not state 24/7 availability.
https://stoudenmireheating.com/heating-repair/Stoudenmire's AC repair page promises same-day emergency service in Columbia; the Close Call pages read do not promise same-day service.
https://stoudenmireheating.com/air-conditioning-repair/Stoudenmire's request form includes a preferred date and service-urgency choices; Close Call's contact page could not be read because it returned 403, so its booking options could not be verified.
