Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Pittsburgh.
Wahl Family Heating, Cooling & Plumbing
Picked first in 6 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.8 stars on Google
“Wahl paired 24/7 emergency service and online scheduling with upfront flat-rate pricing, same-day AC repair, and its family history since 1980.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Wahl explicitly states same-day AC repair across Pittsburgh and Allegheny County; the Hoffner pages read describe emergency service but do not give a comparable same-day dispatch promise.
https://wahlheatingandcooling.com/air-conditioning/Wahl prominently displays its family business history since 1980; Hoffner’s site gives a more recent founding date of 2017, despite some service-area copy claiming over three decades of service.
