Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Pittsburgh.
Wahl Family Heating, Cooling & Plumbing
Picked first in 6 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.8 stars on Google from 1600 reviews
“Wahl’s site details family ownership, 24/7 emergency response, online scheduling, same-day AC repair, and flat-rate pricing approved before work begins.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Wahl offers online scheduling directly from its heating pages; Denillo's reviewed service and contact pages show a callback form and phone number, without a visible time-slot scheduler.
https://wahlheatingandcooling.com/heating/Wahl describes a written flat-rate quote approved before work starts; Denillo says it offers flat-rate pricing but does not explain on its heating page how the customer receives or approves the price.
