What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Climatech describes 24/7 emergency service in its history, but the pages read do not clearly state how homeowners request emergency repair or whether residential dispatch is available at any hour; Wahl says it answers 24/7 for no-heat calls.
https://wahlheatingandcooling.com/heating/Climatech's online scheduling page is specifically for in-home installation quote appointments; it does not describe online booking for repair or maintenance, which Wahl offers.
https://wahlheatingandcooling.com/heating/The pages read do not state a repair flat-rate policy or show a service price, while Wahl explains that customers approve a written flat-rate price before work starts.
