What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Nerthling’s says customers can schedule online 24/7 and get emergency help day or night; Preece’s site directs customers to call or submit a form without stating emergency hours.
https://nerthlings.com/Nerthling’s explicitly states same-day and after-hours furnace service; Preece’s service page has generic placeholder descriptions and no response-time claim.
https://nerthlings.com/heating/furnaces/repair/Nerthling’s states upfront pricing and financing; Preece’s pages offer a free quote but do not explain repair pricing or financing.
