Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
The site returns HTTP 202 with an 'sg-captcha: challenge' header to plain fetches and the page tool and WebFetch returned nothing, so I read none of its pages; search-result text says it is licensed, insured and available 24/7.
