Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Toledo.
M&M Heating & Cooling
Picked first in 6 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.6 stars on Google from 538 reviews
“The market answers favored its explicit no-heat priority, conditional same-day service, 24/7 emergency repairs, posted diagnostic fees and Toledo-specific installation estimates.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
M&M’s furnace page explicitly says no-heat calls get priority during heating season and same-day repair is available when scheduling allows; Rick’s advertises same-day service, but the pages read do not make the same explicit no-heat prioritization statement.
https://mandmheating.com/furnace-repair/M&M posts its diagnostic service-call fee for business hours, after hours, Sundays and holidays; Rick’s heating page displays a diagnostic fee but inconsistent amounts across the same page ($90 in its main copy, while another recent site page says $98), and no time-of-day fee schedule was found.
