Who it picked instead
The company the assistant picked most often in Niagara Falls.
Sure-Temp Heating & Cooling
Picked first in 6 of 6, picked in 6 of 6 · 4.5 stars on Google from 35 reviews
“Serves Niagara Falls and publishes 24/7 emergency repairs, upfront repair estimates, financing and maintenance information.”
What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
Sure-Temp explicitly lists Niagara Falls among its service areas; Touchdown's service area page lists Buffalo, North Tonawanda, Wheatfield and other communities, but not Niagara Falls.
https://suretemphvac.com/heating-repair/Sure-Temp explains that technicians carry standard repair rate books and show costs before work approval; I did not find a similar repair pricing explanation on Touchdown's pages read.
