What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
The Cooling Company publishes a $79 diagnostic fee and upfront repair pricing; ProZone's pages I read offer a free estimate for installation but don't show a service diagnostic fee or repair pricing.
https://www.thecoolingco.com/hvac-repair/The Cooling Company explicitly advertises same-day and 24/7 emergency repair; the ProZone pages I read describe installation and replacement services but do not specify repair response hours.
