What would change it
Where the assistant found the answer on another site and not on this one.
The Cooling Company publishes a $79 diagnostic fee and says it gives an upfront repair price; the pages I read from Air Duct LV mention a free inspection and a flat-rate quote but do not state a specific HVAC diagnostic or repair fee.
https://www.thecoolingco.com/hvac-repair/The Cooling Company describes a 26-point furnace maintenance check; Air Duct LV's pages I read mention general HVAC maintenance but don't describe a furnace-specific checklist.
